Here in the great state of Maryland, we had an incident with an a guy suing a shooting range, over their ladies night promotion. This had the unfortunate effect of forcing the shooting range by law, to suspend all discriminatory promotions. That means that there were no more Police men nights, or discounts, no family nights, no couples night, no free shooting for kids, and no more senior discounts. Though the case is still pending, many other businesses are taking the cue, and have begun to phase out these discounts, already. Many suspect, that the courts will rule in favor of the young man who sued, and that the ruling will be used to enforce discrimination laws across the state.
My question to you, is how do you feel about this? Especially the ladies, who have been enjoying ladies nights at bar, restaurants, show, theatres, fairs, shooting ranges, and virtually anywhere that attracts men, or wants to attract men. Guys, have these ladies night ever offended you? Have they ever really cost you any real heartache, or pain, enough that you would want them banned?
